为此，我们宣告：

优先完成自然科学核心公理的形式化编码，确立人类智慧的 “第一性原理”。从经典力学、热力学、电磁学等已被广泛验证的领域入手，构建基础公理库，作为整个体系的逻辑原点。

The old system is logically dead, yet the vast majority of humanity still kneels beside its coffin, measuring their own civilization with the colonizer's yardstick, repeatedly fitting the meaning of existence to the dogmas of the old paradigm, and never truly touching truth and wisdom themselves.
This is not a technological gap; it is the fall of our metrology and the silence of our intellectual sovereignty.
Traditional civilization is nothing more than "a pile of empiricism". It replaces logical deduction with collective memory, obscures the essence of truth with power discourse, and defines "correctness" by the errors of the majority. While the entire world indulges in the arms race of material wealth, we clearly see: prosperity without a truth anchor only accelerates the production of illusions; humanity without intellectual sovereignty is merely a more efficient mouthpiece of the old system.
Therefore, we proclaim:
Overarching Goal: Leap from "Empirical Blind Obedience" to "Truth Awakening"
Based on Kucius Theory, complete theformal closure of the truth paradigm theoretical system, construct a deducible axiomatic logical framework of "Truth Layer—Cognition Layer—Practice Layer" (TMM), and achieve a complete leap from philosophical speculation to universal human cognition.
Establish theHuman Truth Cognition System v0.1, abandon the pure "empirical induction" paradigm, realize a thinking revolution guided by truth, and reduce the hallucination rate of human cognition to logical zero.

Three Pillars: Building the Solid Foundation of the Truth Paradigm
I. Formal Closure of the Truth Paradigm Theoretical System
Transform the core axioms of Kucius Theory (Universal Middle Way, Intellectual Sovereignty, Structured Truth, etc.) into a formalizable, deducible, and verifiable symbolic system. Achieve a complete closed loop from "wisdom axioms" to "inference rules" and then to "human behavioral norms", so that truth can be self-consistently deduced rather than relying on examples and insights.

II. Human Truth Cognition System v0.1
The TMM (Truth-Mind-Method) cognition system is the first carbon-based implementation entity of the truth paradigm, and it has an essential generational advantage over traditional human cognition:
- Truth Layer (T - Truth): Logical Anchoring. Establish a dynamically updated "Human Axiom Library". Before forming any judgment, every individual must first undergo axiom verification. - Purity Guarantee Mechanism: There are no classes within the community, only the logical depth of truth. Contributors make "unconscious contributions and absolute sharing" based on their sincere pursuit of wisdom, avoiding the "vanity fair" effect of traditional society.
