摘 要
数字经济的发展为低碳治理提供了新思路、新路径。双碳战略背景下,研究数字经济如何赋能低碳治理具有重要理论和实践意义。低碳治理已成为全球性紧迫议题,数字经济通过其高效、清洁、智能的特性,为低碳治理提供了新的解决方案和工具。为推动低碳治理研究进展,经济学、环境科学等领域的学者从数字经济应用低碳治理的效果与路径、数字经济与低碳治理的内涵及逻辑等多个角度进行了探索,以为实务界减排增效的治理路径提供参考。
本报告主要对中国知网、超星发现系统、Web of Science、文心X及ChatGPT共5个数据库检索数字经济赋能低碳治理相关研究。在检索过程中重点结合LLM进行智能检索,以“检索-验证-修正”的规范化检索流程,提升信息检索查全率、查准率与真实率。依据研究结果了解该领域研究发展过程与现状,对课题提出的研究设想与方法从文献角度进行了论证。

ABSTRACT
The development of the digital economy has provided new ideas and pathways for low-carbon governance. Under the dual-carbon strategy, studying how the digital economy can empower low-carbon governance is of significant theoretical and practical importance. Low-carbon governance has become a pressing global issue, and the digital economy, through its efficient, clean, and intelligent characteristics, offers new solutions and tools for low-carbon governance. To advance research in low-carbon governance, scholars from fields such as economics and environmental science have explored the effects and pathways of applying the digital economy to low-carbon governance, as well as the connotations and logic of the relationship between the digital economy and low-carbon governance, providing references for practical governance paths that reduce emissions and increase efficiency.
This report primarily searches for studies on how the digital economy empowers low-carbon governance from five databases: CNKI, Chaoxing Discovery System, Web of Science, Wenxin X, and ChatGPT. During the search process, it focuses on combining LLM for intelligent search, using a standardized search process of "search-verification-correction" to improve the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and authenticity of information retrieval. Based on the research results, it understands the development process and current status of the field, and argues the research hypotheses and methods proposed by the topic from a literature perspective.
